I've worked as a professional in health care for over 3 decades, earning degrees in psychology, social work and physical therapy.
I became a certified life coach in 2004, specializing in the laws of attraction and became a certified EFT practitioner in 2012.
I've always been passionate about learning, expanding in areas of mind/body/sprit and making a positive difference in peoples' lives.
I have created several ebooks and taught a variety of courses throughout my professional life on diverse topics such as proper nutrition, physical therapy-related issues, the law of attraction, job stress and EFT for identifying and dissolving blocks to success.
I have practiced a variety of energy techniques for more than a decade and became interested in becoming a certified EFT practitioner in 2010 after learning how easy and effective it can be to reduce stress levels and create dramatic positive change.
It's an exciting energy technique that is a natural transition for me as career interests have evolved from study of the mind and body into a stronger desire to connect more deeply to work that feeds my spirit and allows me to express my passions.
It's my goal to help my clients manage the energy of their thoughts and emotions to have more success, fulfillment, ease, purpose and true joy not just in sports but in all areas of their lives.
Since I use EFT, referred to as meridian tapping, with many athletes, I chose the term "athlete's tapper" to describe myself.
Growing up in Green Bay WI, I'm a long-time sports enthusiast (Yes, a Cheesehead and Packers shareholder).
I am passionate about combining my love of sports with performance coaching to help athletes confidently and consistently perform to their highest potential.
Education: BS Psychology, MSW, Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and Certified EFT Practitioner
